HOT CHOCOLATE ON BEET: 

Ingredients :
  • 4 cups of choice milk or vegetable drink 
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons of dark chopped chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla 
  • 2 cooked beets mashed
How to prepare it : 
In a small Pan, heat the milk over low heat until it is hot. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Once all ingredients are well dissolved, pour into cups and add whipped cream if desired.


HOT TEA CHAI CHOCOLATE: 

Ingredients :
  • 4 cups of choice milk or vegetable drink 
  • 2 tea bags cha├»
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons of dark chopped chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla 
  • 2 cooked beets mashed
  • 3 anis starts
  • 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
How to prepare it : 
  1.  In a small Pan, heat the milk and tea bag over low heat. Let steep 5-8 minutes, then remove the tea.
  2. Add cocoa powder, dark chocolate and coconut sugar. Heat gently, mix until chocolate is melted.
  3. Add vanilla extract and ground cinnamon. mix the mixture well and pour  into cups. Sprinkle with cocoa powder and add some anise stars.


SALTED CARAMEL HOT CHOCOLATE

Ingredients :
  • 2 Cups of milk 
  • 6 Tablespoons of cocoa powder 
  • ½ Teaspoon salt 
  • 1½ cups of - half milk and half cream -
  •  ½ Cup sugar 
  • 2 Teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ¼ Cup caramel sauce
How to prepare it : 
  1. Put  all ingredients in a large  pan.
  2. Stir until smooth and hot. 
  3. Pour into mugs.
  4.  Garnish with whipped cream caramel and coarse sea salt.
